I'm Georgia Be, a medicine woman, musician, & mentor.

My mission is to support the remembrance of humanity; guiding men and women back to their true nature of love, peace and joy. My vision is a world where individuals live in harmony with themselves, each other, and our Mother Earth. A more beautiful world begins with the healing of one soul.

As a medicine woman, I hold plant medicine ceremonies worldwide that are celebrated for their beauty and integrity. I travel the world to study with indigenous leaders and bring their ways back home with reverence.

As a musician, I play, write and record medicine music. I carry songs of many different lineages, and transmit powerful frequencies through voice.

As a mentor, I work with a few clients per year for spiritual development, healing and medicine work. My style is warm and intuitive, and my specialty is helping people integrate spiritual expansion with practical choices.

The healing journey is one of reconnection. Before my spiritual awakening, I worked on Wall Street and in Silicon Valley, and I graduated from Yale University. Burn-out and depression inspired me to change my life, and years of diligent spiritual practice, healing and study led me to a life of devotion, dharma and love.

LIVING IN PARADISE DOES NOT MAKE YOU FREE!

And living on the beach does not mean you’re living in paradise 🫳🎤

That is because paradise is a state of mind, a state of heart, and truly an inside job.

After I quit my corporate job many years ago, I was traveling through Mexico and landed in a surf town on the pacific coast. I remember feeling so heavy, so sad, so alone, and confused. I had just “freed” myself, or so I thought. So why wasn’t I happy?

What I didn’t realize at the time, was that I was still on the tip of the ice berg, I had only just begun to untangle my inner world; the stories, the emotions, the shadows, and the inorganic programs.

I realized, just because you quit your job doesn’t mean you’re going to feel liberated. Because what actually traps you isn’t your job, but your mindset, your scarcity, your need for others approval, your fear and self-doubt, or your pride and inability to own your own darkness, to take responsibility for it all.

Moving to the beach does not take care of this work for you. It might distract you for a short while, but eventually you will feel the pressure, the dissatisfaction, the scarcity, the longing. The outdated, unintegrated material will surface for healing. You can be proactive and do your inner work now, or you will be forced to do it when life sends you a wake up call.

In my personal experience, the fulfillment I was looking for was my soul longing to experience more of itself, more God, more light, more love. Fulfillment happened when I devoted my life to something bigger than me. I started doing the work - work on myself and work in my communities - to be a part of a more beautiful world.

Do not envy the people living lives of paradise you see online. Truthfully, you have no idea what that person is feeling on the inside. I stopped being jealous of what other people have, and instead focused on my own integrity and relationship to Great Spirit. Then my life blossomed open like a flower.

Lately I’ve been reflecting so much on what it means to grow in this body. To “get older” or “age.” Some “spiritual” people think that aging ourselves limits us, and brings us closer to death, but I don’t feel that way. I am a medicine woman that cycles with the seasons. I celebrate the way we - no separate from nature - always change.

On one hand, I desire to make conscious, loving organic choices with my body, so she will have strong bones and sparkly eyes to run around with the grandchildren many years from now. I desire to eat sunshine with my eyes and grass fed butter with my mouth. To train my athlete mind and strengthen my childbearing figure.

On the other hand, the bio hacking world doesn’t entice me so much - too strict. I want to enjoy life’s flavors and be naughty sometimes. Part of me even wants to look like an abuela when I’m older - I envision myself naked in the forest with long grey hair, covered in tattoos.

I am a woman of God - my body comes from the rich soil of Pachamama and flowing waters of Yakumama - I endeavor to treat this temple like a true altar to the Great Mystery & Creator.

Perhaps I’ll share more about the pain and shame I put my body through for years and years and years. I say that to celebrate the alchemy, and to show you that it’s possible to love yourself so much no matter what. We do heal. It brings tears to my eyes.

Like any medicine woman, I carry a leather pouch full of wild tobacco with me everywhere I go.

I’m always ready to share a pinch of medicine—whether with a tree, the land, a friend, or a river (though I prefer giving flowers to the waters).

These little offerings can carry a prayer to the ancestors, the land, the creator. Often, they’re simply a way to say thank you, to connect with creation in a quiet moment.

This small gesture is a paradigm shift. In indigenous families, this way of interacting with life is natural. It doesn’t have to be grand—even a pinch of tobacco, a feather on a rock, or a flower by the river is an act of healing. When we come into right relation with the rocks and rivers, we come into right relation with our own bones and our own blood.

Instead of always taking, we can give back. A small pinch of tobacco, giving the first sip of your water to the land, this intention goes a long way. It’s not just about the tobacco; it’s a shift in mindset, a layered dance of remembrance of who we are.

This video shows me offering a kintu—three coca leaves—at a sacred spot in Machu Picchu this past June.

Since my Tobacco dieta in May and months in the Andes mountains, my heart has changed in many ways. It’s hard to put in words, but God has breathed more prayer, devotion, humility, grounded consciousness into my life. It is seeping into my relationships, my songs, and my work.

It is strong - fuerte fuerte fuerte!

Fall in love with your own art.

It doesn’t matter what the others think. It never did. But the love of your own art will deeply sustain you. Create it for hourself, because of how profoundly the act of creation pleases your soul, and then of course the creation itself.

Fall in love with your journey. Be charmed by your own story, with all of its characters and side plots and unexpected twists. Appreciate how you, the protagonist have come quite far, and experienced so much character development through your many trials and chapters.

Fall in love with your dreams. Feel how ripe and juicy they hang from the tree of life. How real they are. Don’t put your energy into thinking about when they are coming, or where, or even too much how. Certainly don’t sorrow that they have not arrived yet. For they have, can you not feel them so richly and vividly in your heart?

Fall in love with the Mystery. Allow Spirit to spin you, to sweep you off your feet into the dance of limitless possibility. Delight in the spaciousness of open air and presence. Invite in the magic and unexpected, that is only possible when we allow ourselves to not know.

Life is a romance.

A message for the rebels, the pathfinders, the warriors of the heart ⚔️

You don’t need to know exactly where you’re headed—only your next deliberate move (and sometimes that move is staying still).

Sometimes you need to wait for the signal, the one that comes from the precise voice within, the one that comes from Great Spirit.

However, if you spend too much time “waiting for clarity,” you might be delaying your destiny, and avoiding the edges you will have to face in order to get there.

You cannot wait for certainty to take action. Don’t bother waiting for the perfect roadmap. It doesn’t exist, you’re creating it in real time, my friends. The only certainty there is, is certainty in the light of Spirit. Every day the sun will shine.

So, what is your next step?

When I am looking for this kind of immediate direction, I like to call upon…

💎Self-trust - I remind myself that I can trust my own choices, and my ability to respond no matter what happens next.

💎God - I invite in the Creator for strength and support, and I open myself up to receive and see divine messages throughout my life

💎Alignment - I ask myself, am I really making this choice from my most clear and aligned self? To make the right choices, we need to be in integrity and health in mind, body & spirit.

💎 The Heart - I invoke the power of my own heart, asking God to show me how to lead and live best from this space.

There are no missteps, just different paths.

Microdosing is a lot more than just receiving certain benefits in your life. Yes, you will feel more focused, creative, present, and uplifted. AND it’s so much more than that.

When you microdose, you are developing an alliance, a relationship to a plant spirit, and as such, a deeper relationship to the spirit of the earth.

To me, the mushrooms transmit the spirit of unity. The mushrooms teach us about connection, helping us connect the dots in our own lives, connect to Mother Earth, connect to each other, connect to ourselves. They widen our perspective, and allow us to hold multiple perspectives at once.

The mushrooms are called the holy children, they bring a purity and innocence in our lives. They help us heal the inner child that lives in each one of us.

And there’s more. Each persons relationship to any plant will be unique. You can google the qualities and benefits of any plant, but ultimately you will truly learn from your own individual experience.

It’s so important that when we approach plant spirits, we do it with respect, safety and intention. We must consider how to truly live in right relation to the earth, medicines, and lineages, not just taking and using for our own benefit.

The plant kingdom is showing up to support the human family right now in a time where many are asking for healing. And I am so grateful.

Prayers are always being answered 🤍

This song came through a few weeks ago as I was praying by the fire in the desert of Northern Arizona. I feel God moving these songs through me for my mission to support the remembrance of humanity.

Fast forward 2 weeks and this song is evolving into some pretty groovy healing frequencies in the studio! Thank you @modulousmaximus369 💎

I’ve been in the US for the last 3 months, holding ceremonies, spending time with my family, and doing my work.

During my tobacco diet in May in the Amazon, the grandfather gave me many insights, showed me blind spots where I haven’t been in complete integrity, where I’ve been in avoidance. It’s rather confronting to be isolated in the middle of the jungle, nothing to distract from these realizations, and yet they were the most rewarding, valuable gifts I could receive.

So these past three months, I have been deep in prayer, service, spiritual study, and personal correction - not because there is anything wrong with me, but because I know that my heart needs to be pure, my energy clean, and my integrity rock solid for the mission.

And these months of study, of going inward in between weekends of ceremony and service, I have received so much light. So mant gifts. Songs. Inspiration. Joy. Soul family. New business.

It’s all an inner game. When we devote ourselves to the true building of our character, there is no limit to the gifts that Spirit bestows on us - because we have the capacity to receive it.

When you are truly being yourself and living in your heart, there is no missing what is meant for you.

If you find yourself having the story that there are no people like you in your town or city, that people aren’t so deep, or there isn’t community, my question for you is… is your antennae clear and in full force? Are you living your authentic truth every day? Are you broadcasting your pure frequency, or are you holding back, or diluting for some reason?

If you are really calling in your tribe, you have to be yourself. If you are being yourself, wherever you go, you will find your family. You can’t miss each other. It’s written in the laws of the universe.

I reflect on this, as I have just met a brother of the medicine path here in Connecticut, where I least expected it. A true ally to help me pursue my music dreams and co-create magic, in service to humanity.

This has been one of my strongest prayers recently. I have been praying with offerings to the land and tobacco for Spirit to make my signal clear and strong for my soul family to find me. For us to find each other. The people I am meant to pray with, stand with, fight the good fight with, sing with, celebrate with. Who I am here to serve and who I am here to be served by. Praying for the right, soul-aligned 100% yes collaborations and opportunities (it’s the only way, family).

I have truly been blown away. So many allies, brothers and sisters, and divine reflections have come into my life. Prayers are always being answered. The mission is in full force.

We live in a world of vibration. AND so much of it is about momentum - Making a small action to shift the energy in the direction that you want to go, and letting the energy build on itself.

That’s why if you drink a big glass of lemon water in the morning, you’ll feel more motivated to meditate. After you meditate you’ll be more motivated to work out. And once you work out, you’ll be in the mood for fresh, life-giving foods.

If you wake up and scroll, check your email, put the news on… you are basically attaching an anvil to your vibration and you will just sink lower and lower…
Gossiping with your coworkers, comparing yourself to so and so, eating donuts and not even enjoying them!!!! And more scrolling.

Soooo… Which one is it going to be?

It’s not like you always wake up feeling like you want to be the best version of your meditating-sungazing-celery-juice-drinking-self, but on those days… do what you CAN!

Because each choice is little vote for which YOU that runs the show. And each small action creates momentum towards your full power, baby.

Sensitive souls - keep reading & save for when you need the reminder 🤍

No matter how much you have grown, evolved, transmuted your pain, meditated, forgiven, and detoxed, there are always going to be moments where you don’t feel 100%.

You might feel sad, and not know why. You might feel tired or confused, or doubt your path altogether.

This is totally normal.

Just because you’re feeling down, does not mean the work isn’t working. It doesn’t mean you’re going backwards. It doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you.

You signed up for this human experience, the full spectrum. And your soul truly wouldn’t have it any other way.

The moments you feel down are actually an opportunity…

⭐️ Practice certainty - knowing that it’s all serving you, and your unique path of evolution. This strengthens your faith, and helps you connect to your higher power

⭐️ Have compassion for yourself - don’t judge your own process. Judging yourself makes it so much worse, instead you can actually strengthen your relationship to yourself by being loving in challenging moments.

⭐️ Be present instead of numb or distract - how much can you allow yourself to truly feel what is moving through you? It allows it to move more smoothly and can give you precious insights.

⭐️ Use your tools - we train in the good times so we are fortified in the hard times. This is when you take out your toolkit of somatic, nervous system, and emotional regulation exercises. Putting them to use is what strengthens your embodiment of the work.

⭐️ Call a friend, and allow someone else to witness you in your truth. This is so deeply healing and will build intimacy between you.

Frankly, the moments we feel more tender are the moments we can let even more light in. I’m grateful for it all.

Life is our teacher🪞Part 2 ⭐️ Keep reading ⭐️

Having studied spirituality for many years, transitioning from a corporate finance professional to a medicine woman and musician, my perspective on life has shifted in so many ways since I was a 20 year old Yale student.

Another short list of some of my favorite lessons:

1️⃣ It’s an inner game. Nothing external can ever give you true fulfillment. Building character, being generous, living in service, healing your wounds and connecting to something greater is what actually brings you joy.

2️⃣ It’s okay to try something new. Don’t let perfectionism stop you from trying. You could be sitting on one of your greatest gifts because you’re afraid of being a beginner.

3️⃣ It’s all a mirror. I dated a lot in my early twenties, and I didn’t know how to take responsibility for the way my wounds were manifesting in relationship. The conflict that arises is always full of precious insights when we are willing to look at ourselves.

4️⃣ Your vessel is sacred. My oh my, the compromising positions I put myself in in my twenties. Now, I know to be incredibly conscious about the people, media, thoughts, food and substances I allow near me or in my body and consciousness.

5️⃣ It all passes. The good times pass. The bad times pass. Nothing is permanent, so be grateful for the highs and fortified in the lows. You can connect to the Light no matter what you are going through.

There is so much I can say about this, and I’ll be sharing a lot more. This is the tip of the iceberg when it comes to being in right relation when working with mushrooms and entheogenic allies. What I mean by that is honoring the medicine, the lineage, and the process. Being respectful, reciprocal, and in your heart.

Mushrooms are experiencing a big revival around the world as healing medicine and medicine to expand consciousness. It is a likely ally to enter into the world of plant medicine, as it grows pretty much everywhere, and can be consumed in different ways and doses.

I do think there’s danger in consuming mushrooms in a recreational context - many are using mushrooms as an alternative to alcohol, for example. But mushrooms are medicine with consciousness… and deserve to be respected. More on that another day.

When your soul is committed to the ascension path - truly prioritizing your evolution and dharma in this life time, you don’t get too comfortable at one level for too long. Arizona has been one long, profound ceremony.

Whewwww 😮‍💨

The moment I landed I felt my cells sparkling, and it hasn’t stopped yet.

The desert called me. We are still getting to know each other, but I will say it feels very right and there’s a lot of promise. I feel the invitation.

Months ago, I saw a vision of myself in ceremony in the desert around a fire. I saw myself seated with elders, teachers, my soul family was there, and my beloved by my side. It wasn’t just a vision, but a premonition, and although it is not right now - at least the way we perceive temporal time- but I know it to be true as anything I have experienced before.

This desert is a home to me.

And already, I have been a part of such beautiful, Spirit-led ceremonies here.

I held my first marriage ceremony for my beloved soul brother and sister. Wow, the most potent medicines union and true love are. We created a portal of heaven in the midst of the red rocks. It was a deep honor and joy I will forever hold in my heart.

I supported a dear sister, and true inspiration of mine in her Peace Tour ceremonies in Phoenix. The mission is very much alive, family. People are showing up to heal and anchor the frequency of the heart - heaven on earth. Thank you God.

I also feel myself integrating all of the growth that has taken place these last 3 months in the US. In the last 12 months I have traveled all over the western hemisphere, visiting the Amazon jungle twice, holding upwards of 20 ceremonies - and sitting in as many…. Yet these months back home have been some of the most accelerated personal growth I’ve experienced in my life. The inner work is where it’s at.

Thank you God for this life; thank you family for being a part of the journey.

There are moments I feel the Earth singing through me.

Moments when God teaches me through the words coming out of my own mouth.

And so I encourage my brothers and sisters to also sing and speak. Because we all carry a message. It is not truly “our” message, but we are all unique carriers of unique messages.

The Tao says, “Water is fluid, soft, and yielding. But water will wear away rock, which is rigid and cannot yield. As a rule, whatever is fluid, soft, and yielding will overcome whatever is rigid and hard. This is another paradox: what is soft is strong.”

It is a sweet dance, yielding to God’s will, while remaining persistent in the values of your heart.

Slowness and mindfulness can cut through our greatest obstacles. Surrender welcomes great beauty into our lives.

When you think of yourself, do you consider where you came from?

When you think of your health, do you consider the state of the rivers and seas?

It is a different way of interacting with life when we remember we are not separate from the mountains. It’s not merely a crying heart for the natural world, but it is cellular remembrance that our bodies are made of the same waters and minerals as the valleys and forests.

So many people seek belonging, because they have forgotten that that they are home. Disconnection from ourselves leads to a disconnection to Great Spirit, and it stems from disconnection with our roots - our Mother, our ancestors, our origins.

To remember is to invite a new richness into your life. Meaning, connection that is felt at the level of the soul. The homecoming we always desired but couldn’t put into words.

We remember by giving back to the land that holds us. We make offerings, we pray, we sing to the lands and waters. And in doing so, we return home not just to our Mother Earth; but to ourselves.

This is an emotional moment for me, as exactly 1 year ago today, I picked up the guitar for the first time.

I never could have dreamed my life would transform so wildly, with so much Spirit, so much synchronicity and beauty. I am crying as I write this, because of the Divine Grace that has taken place each step of my life to bring me to this moment.

To actually live my greatest joy and passion, while serving my fellow brothers and sisters, is beyond a dream. I never knew it to be possible. Thank you God.

What I’ve learned from starting the guitar at age 29, and in my first year playing in dozens of ceremonies worldwide, writing music, and beginning to record:

⭐️ You will never know if you don’t try. If something excites you, go towards it. It could be your literal destiny.

⭐️ Practice is everything. At the beginning especially, I practiced 4 hours a day. You have to fall in love with the process.

⭐️ Let yourself be seen. My level ups happened when I performed before I had the experience or comfort. That’s how I gained experience & comfort.

⭐️ Don’t compare. I am surrounded by incredible and gifted musicians. I have fallen into the trap of feeling so behind, like such a beginner. I don’t compare anymore and trust my unique journey.

⭐️ It’s not just for you. You in your joy, your flow, and your gifts is what the world needs. That is medicine.

⭐️ You’re not crazy. One time, I said to my mom “am I crazy for trying to be a professional musician at age 30?” Her response, “you’re not crazy, but you are brave.”

Thank you God. Thank you medicine. Thank you music. Thank you to my teachers, my mentors, my brothers and sisters who have played and sang with me in ceremony and circle. I am in awe and so grateful.

Swimming in a man-made lake in the middle of the desert. Swimming in duality.

Grateful for this sacred water in the middle of the rocks and sands. Connecting to the magic that is the desert lands.

It feels so so soooo good to be hosted, held and nourished by the definition of soul family. My spirit feels so relaxed and at ease. The medicine of receiving can only be experienced, not described as well with words.

Half way through my commitment or so to post every day for 30 days, which feels ironic and hilarious to my spirit, but if you know me you know that when I commit to something I follow through. And I will say this commitment has been healing, in ways I might share about later but I might not 😝

My whole life, people have called me a happy person. I was definitely bubbly, and always smiling, but I didn’t often feel peace in my heart or true joy. It wasn’t until I really devoted myself to a spiritual path 5 years ago that I began to feel real joy and fulfillment.

Here’s what I’ve learned about joy.

💎 Nothing external to you - that isn’t Spirit itself- can bring you lasting joy. Maybe it can give you a quick fix, but you’ll soon be seeking more. After the initial fix of energy from being recognized, getting the bonus, closing the deal, having the sex, or whatever it may be, there’s often a crash because that type of energy doesn’t last.

💎 Joy is an inside job. What I mean by this, is the amount of joy we feel is connected to our hearts. It is proportional to our capacity to connect with the light of Spirit. We do this by building our character and practicing self-discipline in the situations I shared earlier. It’s not bad to close a deal, but when we allow that to give us a hit of energy, we are actually contracting our spiritual capacity - with pride. It’s nuanced and precise spiritual work.

💎 Effort and intention create joy. It’s not about being perfect and being an enlightened being to feel Buddha-like bliss. It’s about doing our best to right our wrongs, to keep growing, and continue learning with gratitude and humility. This approach cracks us open to the light of Spirit and brings joy throughout the process. We know deep down where our intention comes from, and that fortifies our hearts.

💎 The power of certainty: the gnosis that everything that is happening is happening for you. This shift in your perspective will bring you so much peace and joy even amidst the most challenging times. When we live with certainty, we develop a more trusting and fluid relationship with life. We alchemize our adversity quickly, and don’t fall as easily into victim mentality.

Working with plant medicine is a calling, something you feel deep inside of you. You feel in your heart the invitation from the plants to meet them in ceremony.

If you’re new to the path, here’s what to consider:

🤍Approach with reverence. Plant medicine is not a quick fix, it’s a profound journey. The plants open doors, but it’s up to you to walk through them mindfully. The plants are living, sentient spirits here to support you, and they respond to the energy you bring into the experience. Consider which plants are calling you, as they all have unique powers and personalities.

🤍 Bring an intention, and then let it go. Come in with a few areas you want to work on or heal in yourself, and surrender expectations. The medicine gives you what you need always, sometimes it looks different than you thought it would.

🤍 Mindful preparation. Prepare your mind, body & spirit before ceremony, eating clean, spending time alone to get clear and ground.

🤍 The medicine really starts working after ceremony - what I mean by this is - INTEGRATION MATTERS MOST! Ceremonies are not meant to just be peak experiences, but doorways into a new life - and new choices. Seek support from an integration guide, journal your takeaways, and give yourself space to reflect and land.

🤍 Choose the right guide & space. Go to a trustworthy and experienced practitioner or healer. This is very sensitive work, work with experienced healers who have the expertise navigating the spiritual complexity of ceremony - keeping the space safe. These are indigenous medicines, go to the source and work with the masters, when possible. Use discernment, and ask people you trust.

These are sacred medicines from indigenous traditions. Approach with respect 🙂

Anyways…

This has been something I have so very passionate about recently. And this perspective has absolutely transformed my personal practice.

I had a moment recently, when I was working on manifesting this, attracting that, sharing my voice, being recognized for my gifts, holding ceremonies all over X, Y & Z. All good stuff on the surface, but I had a moment I realized - my attitude was all: “me, me, me.”

That was a tough pill to swallow. I thought I was a good person!! (*Ego gasps*)

Of course, our personal journeys are personal for a reason. We all have our unique paths of healing, and our unique medicine we are destined to share. And I’ve found it is tempting to get lost in the sauce of making ourselves the most optimized, liberated, prosperous, activated versions of ourselves. As in, making it all about OURSELVES.

When I started redirecting my practice and inner work to improving my character and be more like God, my heart started to feel more light; I have felt precious connection to Spirit and deep, enduring joy.

Then, more blessings started flowing in. Not because I figured out how to manifest, but because being like the light attracts the light.

Not by visualizing. Not by subconscious requiring, but actually working on being a better woman, for the planet, for my future children, for God.

Celebrating the birth of my beautiful baby niece, Lyla, and my dear sister becoming a mother.

Welcoming very wonderful new souls into my world, as sisters and brothers, collaborators, allies & clients. Many of us are connecting to the greater mission, and it feels so good to not have to do it alone🤍

Enjoying lots of slowness, time alone and in nature. Feeling sentimental and complete as my chapter in the North starts to come to a close. It has been so rewarding in so many ways, bursting with synchronicity, beauty, service, connection, prayer & growth.

Before I head back to Tulum I first head West to the desert for some magic. I continue to follow the breadcrumbs and see where the invitations, the love, the curiosity and that feeling of YES! take me.

I almost forgot - I launched a retreat! We are praying around the fire in February in the Sacred Valley of Peru. Spots have already started filling, dm me if you want more information 🤍

The leaves are changing and beginning to fall 🍂

Life is transforming, as are we. If you calibrate yourself to cycles of nature - such as the sun, the earth, the moon - you may feel it more intensely. Death is happening, as we experience the season of decay here in the North.

It’s not a dark or scary death, do not fear. Embrace with open arms. Like a serpent shedding her skin for a fresh new life.

As you transform, new consciousness seeping into your bones, the old frequencies fall away. It can feel uncomfortable to our bodies, our emotions, and especially our minds. Don’t think too hard about it. This is a natural part of life. Stay in prayer, stay in your practice.

When we recalibrate to the rhythms of nature, we rebel against any force trying to keep us disconnected - from ourselves, from nature, from God.

Brothers and sisters, the moments of confusion are the invitation to deepen in your prayer.

These are the moments when you make leaps in your connection to Spirit, through surrender and faith.

In moments where we feel lost and the path is not so clear, the enemy will try and trick us - convince us that we aren’t good enough or that something is wrong; get us to distract ourself or fall into old habits.

We have a beautiful chance to choose the light, to believe in ourselves and trust the Creator. If you misstep, give yourself grace and recalibrate to your heart.

It’s all happening for your good and the good of all.

And so it is.
